Permits have been filed for an 11-story residential building at 108 St Edwards Street in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Located between Myrtle Avenue and Park Avenue, the land is a short walk from the Dekalb Avenue subway station, served by the B, Q, and R trains. The Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn is listed as the owner of the apps.

The proposed 115-foot-tall development will produce 32,133 square feet, of which 30,859 square feet will be used for residential space and 1,274 square feet will be for community facilities. The building will have 105 residences, with an average unit area of ​​293 square feet. The concrete structure will also have a cellar but no additional parking.

Aufgang Architects is listed as the reference architect.

Demolition permits have not yet been filed. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
