“I realize the stress and the pain that lawsuits bring. I know the people we have served are hurting and I know they are hurting. It is nothing compared to what they did to us for six years. They lied and they conspired and what they did is shocking, it’s speechless and it’s horrible, ”said Katherine Kvalvog.
The Kvalvogs claim there is a conspiracy behind the crash investigation as they allegedly said there was a conflict of interest with the school and the state soldier who investigated the accident. accident.
“We wouldn’t have had to sue. We could have mourned our children the same way we should have mourned our children if we had had a different investigator. That’s what really sums up this whole trial. It was sheer hell for us on top of losing our children. We had to fight every day to try to find out the truth, ”said Katherine.
They seek judgment for all costs and attorney fees associated with the case.
But the Kvalvogs say the lawsuit is not about money but rather about accountability.
“Yes, I am fighting for my sons, but what I am really fighting for is that I want to make sure that there is repercussions for the officers who do something like that and not just slip it under. the table because it affects things, ”says Catherine.
The Kvalvogs also filed a lawsuit against two of Park Christian School’s basketball and football coaches.
