Area School Districts Announce Lunch Menus for the Week of March 7 |

Area schools have announced the following lunch menus for the week of March 7.

Clearfield Area School District

An assortment of fresh vegetables, an assortment of fresh and canned fruits and milk are available daily at both schools.

Primary school menu:

Other choices available most days are ham and cheese or turkey and cheese sandwiches, a yogurt basket, a packet of peanut butter and jelly, a chicken and chef’s salad, and a pizza.

MONDAY – Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, bun.

TUESDAY – Cheese bread sticks with dip, steamed carrots.

WEDNESDAY – Chicken and pasta Alfredo, steamed broccoli, bread roll.

THURSDAY – American hoagie with “red” sauce, hobo beans.

FRIDAY – Grilled cheese sandwich, tomato soup, mixed vegetables.

High school menu:

Other choices available most of the time are deli sandwiches or wraps, pizza, peanut butter and jelly packet, yogurt basket, chicken and chef’s salad, flatbreads, burgers, chicken sandwiches and side salads.

MONDAY – Cheesesteak sandwich, curly fries.

TUESDAY – Cheese bread sticks with dip, steamed carrots.

WEDNESDAY – Chicken and pasta Alfredo, steamed broccoli, bread roll.

THURSDAY – Turkey and bacon wedgie with chipotle ranch sauce, hobo beans.

FRIDAY – Grilled cheese sandwich, tomato soup, mixed vegetables.

Clearfield Alliance Christian School

The menu is subject to change based on availability. Fruit choices may include apples, applesauce, bananas, oranges, strawberries/peaches, or grapes. 1% low fat white and chocolate milk available daily.

MONDAY – Chicken nuggets, bread roll, baked beans, fries, fruit

TUESDAY – Salad of chicken strips, bread roll, carrots, fruit

WEDNESDAY – Sloppy Joe, cheese stick, tater tots, fruit, jello

THURSDAY – Submarine with meatballs, baked beans, carrots, fruit

FRIDAY – Cheese pizza, baby carrots, green beans, fruit

Curwensville Area School District

Primary school menu:

Alternative meal choices are available daily. Milk and fruit are available daily as part of lunch.

This week’s alternative – 4×6 pizza.

MONDAY – Bowl of mashed potatoes with chicken, corn, mixed fruit.

TUESDAY – Breakfast variety, potato rings, peaches.

WEDNESDAY – BBQ rib sandwich, peas, apple slices.

THURSDAY – Mobile taco, carrots, tangerines.

FRIDAY – No school.

High school menu:

A salad bar and cheese nachos are available as alternative meal choices. Choices of fresh and canned fruits, vegetables and milk are available daily.

MONDAY – BBQ pulled pork sandwich or honey BBQ chicken wrap, peas, apple compote.

TUESDAY – Domino’s smart slice pizza or chicken nuggets, cheese broccoli, tangerines.

WEDNESDAY – Sandwich with meatballs or pierogis, carrots, pears.

THURSDAY – Topped fries or cook’s choice, corn, mixed fruit.

FRIDAY – No school.

Glendale School District

Menu not available.

Harmony Region School District

Salad bar, yogurt or peanut butter and jelly sandwich with cheese stick available daily as an alternative entree. All meals include milk. Menu subject to change based on availability.

MONDAY – Chicken patty with roll, smiley fries, carrots and celery with dip, pears.

TUESDAY – Pork chop sandwich, butter noodles, corn, orange.

WEDNESDAY – Meatball hoagie, green salad, applesauce.

THURSDAY – Chicken and sauce on biscuit, peas and carrots, mixed fruit.

FRIDAY – Tuna noodle casserole, bread roll, peas, fruit salad.

Moshannon Valley School District

Elementary:

MONDAY – Cheeseburger on bun, baked beans, mixed fruit.

TUESDAY – Pierogis with fresh sliced ​​bread, mixed vegetables, diced pears.

WEDNESDAY – Pasta with homemade meat sauce, peas, cinnamon apple slices.

THURSDAY – Turkey and cheese wrap, crispy tater tots, assorted juices.

FRIDAY – Pizza sticks with marinara sauce, green beans, applesauce.

Junior-Senior High School:

MONDAY – Cheesy meatball hoagie, mixed vegetables, applesauce.

TUESDAY – Bowl of General Tso chicken, steamed broccoli, diced peaches.

WEDNESDAY – Double dogs on buns, crispy seasoned potato wedges, mixed fruit.

THURSDAY – Stromboli ham and cheese, diced carrots, diced pears.

FRIDAY – Cheese lasagna rolls, fresh sliced ​​bread, green beans, cinnamon apple slices.

Philipsburg-Osceola School District

Choice of fruit and choice of milk available daily.

Elementary:

This week’s alternative – Nacho craveable or turkey and cheese sandwich.

MONDAY – Chicken patty on bun, fries, baked beans.

TUESDAY – Pierogis with hot dog, golden corn, carrot sticks.

WEDNESDAY – Chicken tender with rice pilaf, mixed vegetables, celery with peanut butter dip.

THURSDAY – Spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread, steamed broccoli, carrot sticks.

FRIDAY – Cheese or pepperoni pizza, cherry tomatoes, celery with peanut butter dip.

College and high school :

MONDAY – Cheeseburger on a bun, fries, carrot sticks.

TUESDAY – Popcorn chicken with bowl of mashed potatoes topped with cheese, steamed corn, celery sticks.

WEDNESDAY – Chicken patty sandwich, fries, carrot sticks.

THURSDAY – Meatball Sub, Soup of the Day, Side Salad, Red Pepper Strips.

FRIDAY – Fish sandwich on bread, baked beans, celery sticks.

West Branch School District

Alternative meal choices are available each day. Milk is available with every meal.

Primary school:

Weekly option – Hot dog on a bun.

MONDAY – Crispy Chicken Nuggets, Buttery Noodles, Crispy Fries, Citrus Tangerines.

TUESDAY – Chewy beef and cheese taco, golden corn, black beans, pineapple chunks.

WEDNESDAY – Crispy chicken patty on a bun, crispy potatoes, diced peaches.

THURSDAY – Baked rigatoni with bread, steamed broccoli, diced pears.

FRIDAY – Winter holidays, no school.

Middle School High School :

MONDAY – Turkey bacon ranch wrap, crispy seasoned potato wedges, diced pears.

TUESDAY – Chewy Beef and Cheese Taco, Golden Corn, Black Beans, Citrus Tangerines.

WEDNESDAY – Breaded chicken parmesan sandwich, honey-glazed carrots, pineapple bites.

THURSDAY – Baked rigatoni with breadstick, romaine lettuce and juicy peach slices.

FRIDAY – Winter holidays, no school.
